Pixlteamvibe is a hotel discovery and showcase platform. We do not process payments, guarantee room availability, or act as a legally binding booking agent. All inquiries sent through our platform are forwarded to the respective hotels or our corporate travel partners. Any agreements regarding corporate bookings, blocks, or event setups are strictly between the user and the hotel property.
All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, and computer code (collectively, "Content") contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to Pixlteamvibe, and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit or distribute this content without our explicit written permission.
By using our Platform, you agree not to use the Site or Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, or any other systems or networks connected to the Site, by hacking, password "mining", or any other illegitimate means. You agree not to use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any transaction being conducted on the Site.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the hotel descriptions, images, and amenities listed. However, hotels may change their offerings without notice. Pixlteamvibe shall not be held liable for any discrepancies between the platform's descriptions and the actual hotel experience, nor for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pixlteamvibe Hospitality AS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the Service, or your violation of any term of these Terms of Service.
Pixlteamvibe reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
